New Repertoire

I've always got some new quartet and trio arrangements on the go and during July I was beavering away preparing for an August wedding. David & Brad had asked us to play as a string trio for their wedding ceremony at Nymans, National Trust property in West Sussex. They wanted to have a theme for their wedding music - Musical Films. Now the thing is, you cannot buy arrangements of Come What May from Moulin Rouge or Rewrite the Stars and Never Enough from The Greatest Showman for string trio. So it's a jolly good thing that I enjoy arranging!

The wedding went beautifully and I think their musical choices were divine. They were over the moon in their praise. We also had some great feedback from Sophie Sherriff, the Nymans wedding coordinator:

"I was thinking about you today and how wonderful you sounded in the Loggia yesterday. I will definitely be recommending you in the future."

High praise indeed from someone who organizes a lot of weddings!
